May 9:

Meditation and Breath work; Thai Yoga Touch Therapy workshop

Notes:

It’s an Intensive, so each Saturday workshop will be 4.5 hrs long. 1130am-4pm @ the North Shore Yoga CoOp / Kara’s hale.
